11th Division

I served in the Sugis Division in Gapyeong. What's unique about Sugis is that although it belongs to the 7th Mobile Corps, it is under the control of the 5th Corps during peacetime. Because of this, whenever there were anti-infiltration operations or training exercises, both corps would exert control, which made things extremely difficult for both the soldiers and the officers. During my service, the 8th Division, which belongs to the same corps, was also heavily influenced by the 5th Corps. I even heard that a certain brigade in the 8th Division is under the influence of the 6th Corps. Does the 11th Division also receive separate wartime and peacetime control, similar to the 8th Division and Sugis?
