Strictly from a vocal standpoint, I don't think Lee Seung-chul is that good

He's just at the level of... using nasal and head voice tones well.
I don't know.
Setting aside his tone,
when it comes to the criteria for being a good singer,
for me,
it's about song interpretation,
pitch, and rhythm,
the stability to sustain notes until the very end,
and not making the song monotonous by freely switching between chest, nasal, and head voice.
In other words, being able to use a diverse range of vocal colors is what makes a singer great,
but Lee Seung-chul sings with the same tone throughout..
So it's hard for me to rate him highly.
His voice is naturally capable of high notes to begin with,
and even when he uses head voice, it doesn't feel like he's producing the sound properly.
