Inquiry regarding shelf life, containers, and export regulations for refrigerated maritime export of Hanwoo (Korean Beef)

A meat packaging company plans to purchase Hanwoo by various cuts, vacuum-seal them using wet packaging, and export them to Malaysia, Hong Kong, etc., via maritime transport. If possible, we would like to pack and ship them in a refrigerated state.

I am wondering if it is possible to ship them refrigerated, and if so, how much shelf life can be secured. I would also like to know what kind of containers should be used, as well as any other export-related regulations or specific procedures that need to be prepared.
