The Genius Grand Final is truly entertaining

I just finished watching the "How was it, Kyung-moon?" episode.
The logic used to identify the Mafia by catching deviations from normal behavior and the strategies a Citizen should employ was excellent.
In particular, the Kim Kyung-ran pick made all the other Citizens trembling in fear to kill Choi Jung-moon look like "One of Them," while Jang Dong-min looked like a true king making a solitary choice.
It was a shame that they picked the Mafia while holding the "Choi Jung-moon's Party Memorization" joker, and seeing it used as a self-defeating move was disappointing even on the first watch.
However, watching it a second time, the attitude of begging for his life from Jang Dong-min is quite pitiful. The bitter ending of surviving through betrayal feels like the true essence of survival.
Kim Kyung-ran's appeal to emotion didn't sit well with me during the first watch, but since it shook the hearts of everyone except Jang Dong-min, it seems it was quite a clever tactic.
Classics are bound to become predictable when viewed by later generations, but The Genius 4 seems even more enjoyable than when I first saw it..
The editing and game composition have a higher level of perfection than modern survival shows.
I like that every game has a precise intention. When I watched it in real-time, I think I used to complain that it was just a game of luck or a game of politics.
