[Dog] After losing Rekka... Kkam-sun, one of the four rescued, has been adopted

‌
Hello.

Deceived by the claim that Rekka was lost in Cheorwon..
I spent a month traveling back and forth between Incheon and Cheorwon...
When I later found out it was a lie..
And when I tried to find Rekka again in Bupyeong...
I had no choice but to conclude that these elderly people were indeed dog traders, seeing the three white puppy dogs..

When I asked why they brought white puppies if they said they lost Rekka,
The elderly people's stories kept changing, saying things like, "We'll raise them and then give them to someone who loves dogs," or "We'll keep them for life."

They talked nonsense about how they would raise this one for life...
Then they said they would send him to Hongcheon since they didn't need him anymore.
When I asked to speak to the person in Hongcheon who was receiving the dog, they got irritated and told me to just take him.

It seems this little one... was used as bait to lure people into handing over dogs.
If you say you can't raise large dogs, they say they'll keep them tied up in front of their fields and that they are dogs to be raised,
And they try to reassure you by saying, "Look at this one, we love even small dogs like this and raise them this way,"
Using them as a... tool for reassurance...
Since many people, including myself, have been coming and going to find Rekka, it seems they are no longer useful.
(When the white puppies were rescued, I received a waiver stating they would never raise them again.)

The poor little thing must have been so scared..
When moving him to a shelter (foster site) in Paju, he vomited, shivered uncontrollably, and had a very hard time.
Since most of the dogs at this shelter are large breeds... I was very worried about him. ㅠㅠ
I called my boss's wife.
(The lady who adopted a Cocker Spaniel about 15 years ago when it was abandoned due to glaucoma over age 10.)
I pleaded, "Please foster him for just one week, I beg you ㅠㅠ"
"He is a baby that doesn't even weigh 2kg," I asked.
She had raised four dogs, three of whom have passed away, and she currently has one.
She has a band group that she usually supports, and they had requested foster/adoption help there,
But because of her age and the fact that her current dog doesn't like other dogs much, she wasn't taking in more.

On the day he arrived for fostering, I sat him in this spot, and he wouldn't move from there.

Seeing a dog being loved in a father's arms...
A child who had never once been held in someone's arms...

Even after one week... two weeks passed...
He stayed only in the spot where I first sat him ㅠㅠ
He wouldn't move or even eat ㅠㅠ

She bought duck and boiled it thoroughly for him.

He eats only the duck meat and leaves all the kibble behind. Hahaha.

Because the place he kept sitting was under the air conditioner, he caught a cold and we went to the hospital for a checkup.
Since he kept trying to go back to that same spot, I tied him up in the master bedroom for a while.

As time passed..
He is still awkward with human touch...
But gradually.... he is a child who is trying little by little.
Seeing him struggle, unable to adapt or eat...
The lady decided to adopt him.
Since he has been struggling like this for over a month..
She felt that if he went anywhere else, he would suffer even more..
Thankfully, the whole family agreed to the adoption, and he became part of the family.
Immediately after the adoption decision, we performed the neutering surgery.

Originally, the surgery should have been done at a hospital affiliated with the Paju shelter,
But the lady felt that moving him to Paju again would be too hard for him, and she wanted to do the neutering at the hospital they currently attend, which they plan to visit for the next 10 years, so we did the surgery at the hospital her children attend.

Two little ones who won't back down in their mother's arms. Lol.
While it is better to be hospitalized after neutering..
We thought he would be startled and have a hard time if we hospitalized him again now, so after consulting with the veterinarian,
He received antibiotic injections for two weeks, and the lady will handle the daily disinfection,
And we decided to remove the stitches after two weeks.

Receiving plenty of love from the lady, this little one is also working hard...
His name has changed from Kkam-sun to Uyu (Milk)..
From now on, there will only be happy things.

Of the three white puppies, one is spending happy days through foster-to-adopt.
The other two.... are in a foster shelter. ㅠㅠ

I came to see the two of them.
They were sharing a room with two other dogs who were rescued on the same day.

They were growing well...
It's heartbreaking to see them in a shelter ㅠㅠ
Now... once they grow a bit more... I think I will look into overseas adoption ㅠㅠ
Since life as a large dog is difficult in Korea ㅠㅠ

Thanks to many people, I went there with a lot of gifts.
I would like to thank everyone who helps.

I wish you all happiness~
