Results after touring the real estate sales market for about a month

I have been touring various regions for about a month.
There were a very large number of unsold properties in Gyeonggi-do.
There were many offers such as discounts on sales prices
and free full options, etc.
Not only in the outskirts,
but I also felt there were many in Pyeongtaek, which should be enjoying the semiconductor boom,
and "줍줍" (last-minute줍줍/unclaimed unit pickups) were even visible as far as Suwon.
I think it will get even worse next year.
If these volumes are not absorbed this year!!!!
