Is Samsung better than LG for a 32-inch 4K UHD monitor?

I heard that LG is better for digital monitors.
However, when I went to an LG store last week to ask, they said they don't have many 32in. 4K UHD monitors in stock and currently have no products available.
So, I'm thinking of asking Samsung—is Samsung's monitor better?
My main use isn't gaming, but watching movies, specifically 4K Blu-ray titles.
I need to watch in 4K to see the cinematic details.
