I had to rest a lot in September due to knee pain.
I think I took about 14 days off.
That's probably why I failed miserably at the Songdo Half Marathon.
I need to finally go to the hospital this coming Monday, something I've been putting off.
It's not exactly painful, but it's not fully healed either.
My knee is in a bit of an ambiguous state.
I will get back to running hard in October.
