Institutions are investing massively; the liquidity itself is incomparable to the Korean market.
I was planning to rebalance about half of my Korean holdings into the US market starting in September while waiting for the midterm elections, but I missed the timing. I especially regret missing out on SOXL at 140; it's a lingering regret.
