The KPGA certification names have changed for some reason.

In the past
Associate Member: Semi-pro (Jun-pro)
Full Member: Pro
As the terminology was unified with other certifications,
it has now changed to:
Current
Associate Member: Pro
Full Member: Tour Pro
That is why when you watch YouTube these days, you see some people being called "Pro" and others being called "Tour Pro."
Teaching skills are a separate issue, so I will skip that,
but if you judge strictly by skill level, there is a significant difference.
This is because one must obtain the Pro certification before they can go on to earn the Tour Pro certification.
