[Designated Driver] A female customer who was sulking because I arrived late??

No translation in your language yet — showing the English version

I picked up a call going from Ingye-dong, Suwon to Yeongtong Geonyeong Apartments.
I informed her over the phone, "I will be there within 10 minutes," and departed. I actually arrived in 8 minutes and called the customer.
"This is your designated driver. I have arrived."
However, there was about 10 seconds of silence on the other end of the line.
"Hello? This is your driver. I've arrived."
Then, the customer said one thing in a quiet voice.
"You're late..."
I informed her I'd be there within 10 minutes and arrived in 8, but she says I'm late.;;
"Yes, I'm sorry. I have arrived, where are you located?"
But perhaps because she was sulking, she wouldn't even explain properly where she was.
After some effort, I found the car and departed, but the customer's expression looked quite bad from the start.
Not long after we started, the customer said she urgently needed to use the restroom and asked me to drive faster.
I was following the navigation, when suddenly,
"Why are you coming this way? If you come this way, it's a detour~~"
she started making a scene inside the car.
She was punching the seats and banging her fists on the front part of the car while continuously complaining.
"Yes, yes, we are almost there. Please bear with me a little longer."
Then,
"I'm not saying this because I don't know that we aren't almost there."
she said.
Since it seemed like she was truly in a hurry to use the restroom, I spoke cautiously.
"Since you seem to be in quite a rush, would it be possible to settle the payment in advance?"
To which she replied,
"Why should I pay in advance when we haven't even arrived?"
"Ah... yes..."
Eventually, we arrived at the destination.
However, the customer tried to leave without paying.
"Ma'am, this is a cash payment."
Then,
"No, I can just do a bank transfer. I'm in a hurry to use the restroom."
"That's why I asked you to pay in advance earlier. Please give me your phone. It won't even take a minute to transfer."
"I'm really in a hurry..."
In the end, I showed her my account number and even told her the bank name.
But then,
"Why aren't you entering the amount?"
Usually, I don't enter the amount myself just in case I make a mistake.
Finally, I confirmed the transfer was complete and sent her on her way.
But even thinking about it now, it's quite strange.
Was she acting like that because she was truly in a desperate rush for the restroom...
Or was she just making a scene because she was drunk...
I'm still confused about which one it was.
She looked to be around my age... but would she have acted that way even if an older driver had come...?
