If our country had the integrity levels of Northern Europe, dissolving the Prosecution Service would be fine.
The problem is that we aren't there, which is why it's an issue.
If we were like Northern Europe,
where the asset changes of Ministers and Vice Ministers are displayed daily for the public to see,
where you could meticulously track things like your neighbor's wealth,
and where someone would resign because they caused a scandal just by buying a 10,000 won chocolate with a secretary's money instead of their own,
and if it were a country that built a social welfare cradle system based on collective social consensus through the "Law of Jante"
(which says "don't think you are better than anyone else"),
then doing something like this would be okay.
The problem is that Korea is a society where there are many people full of desire.
I don't particularly think the people in our country are kind.
