[Review] Small thoughts on "Chaos Draft"
I enjoyed watching it in a small, lighthearted way.
Many people seem to say that in terms of pure entertainment, it falls short compared to Season 1, but
I liked the set design (the concept), the aesthetic of the endless snowy landscape,
and seeing a new side of Kazuha.
The set felt strangely familiar to anyone who has lived alone.
Using a clothing rack instead of a wardrobe, spreading things out roughly on the floor when friends visit,
drinking heavily and then just leaving all the dishes piled in the sink before going to sleep,
or lying down under a single blanket with a friend to idle away the time when it's cold.
The set design was truly great.
What was interesting while watching was the reaction of the guests:
1. The Indian guests reacted strongly to "Lee Jun-ho."
It seems to be largely due to the influence of the drama, though they got the name wrong, of course.
2. "Kim Yeon-koung" tends to be viewed with a sense of respect or admiration by both men and women.
3. Guests around college age, regardless of gender, seem to view "Kazuha" favorably.
Comments about her being pretty always come up.
4. Female guests in their early 20s reacted more strongly to "Dex" than to "Lee Jun-ho" and seemed to have many questions about him.
5. High school students, who didn't show much reaction to idols or Dex, reacted intensely when guests from T1 appeared.
It was fascinating to see how the points of interest differ so much depending on gender and age.
Well.... I enjoyed it in a small, lighthearted way.
