I left a note because the dog was barking too much

I know what it's like to live in an apartment with poor soundproofing.
The person living upstairs has a Chihuahua, and that dog would bark loudly at even the slightest sign of movement.
It was the kind of dog that would bark at anyone it saw outside, but compared to the sound of a fighter jet, a fighter jet is much louder.
If the dog is barking, you can still have a conversation, but once a fighter jet passes by, conversation becomes impossible.
