It seems the Nuri rocket launch technology was heavily influenced by Russia

I watched a news report regarding this launch and have been reading a few other posts.
What's interesting is that it seems rocket and missile technologies like these were developed through more cooperation with Russia rather than the West (like the US), and they referenced that technology extensively.
Since the Nuri rocket launched this time is an evolution of that and was sent up through independent development, it seems even more meaningful.
It seems missiles have a similar aspect as well... Hyunmoo missiles were mentioned as an example, and it sounds like they have also been independently evolving into our latest missile systems based on Russian missile technology.
