Some people renting via Jeonse still don't know their place

‌Since Jeonse properties have become incredibly scarce, phones start ringing like crazy the moment a single listing comes up..
Yet, in the middle of this, people looking to rent are asking things like, "Will the landlord handle the wallpaper and flooring?" or "Has it been repaired?" or "Are there children living there?"...
It's hilarious how they casually ask all these things as if Jeonse properties are overflowing on the market. ㅎㅎㅎ
