Inquiry regarding forwarder for importing lithium battery samples for KC certification

I am planning to import lithium battery samples from China to Korea for KC certification to be used in handheld gaming devices. There are 65 units, individually packaged and roughly the size of a mobile phone battery, and it is a small quantity intended solely for certification purposes. I am reaching out because I have some questions regarding forwarders.
