Regarding the creation of 1.1x stock leverage

No translation in your language yet — showing the English version

I previously judged the government to have zero financial literacy, but
looking at the Jeonse/Monthly Rent Safety Trust business,
they are actually very clever.
I am extremely curious about where they will generate profits from this trust business.
(If the operating profit the landlord receives
is lower than the current monthly rent yield, the supply of Jeonse may decrease;
a structure where a public institution manages the deposit as a safe asset and pays the resulting profit to the landlord;
a new form of Jeonse contract where a public institution converts a landlord's monthly rent property into Jeonse supply)
The part in parentheses is quoted from an article.
They say they will invest in PF loans,
but quite simply, they are temporarily nationalizing your assets for a certain period
to devise their own money-lending business through a public institution.
This is not a business devised by someone unintelligent.
I believe it is a business created by financial elites.
They are taking the indefinite and unlimited operating profit
that the original homeowner should have earned,
settling for a flat 4% annual payment, and using the pretext of preventing Jeonse fraud
to launch a business devised by a very smart individual.
It is a structure similar to a safety account or an escrow payment method,
solving it financially by utilizing Korea's unique Jeonse system.
Since it is difficult to abolish the Jeonse system, the state is trying to wedge itself in between the landlord and the tenant
by using a method similar to a Repurchase Agreement (Repo), where the tenant is the creditor.
Ultimately, it is true that the situation has worsened for landlords.
Tenants will be like frogs in boiling water; even as Jeonse gradually disappears,
it will progress so slowly that they won't notice.
They will likely just accept it, feeling that "times are changing."
I believe there is an intention to eliminate the Jeonse system
slowly and gradually, but surely.
I don't know what the exact proportion is,
but what you must remember is that this is the Jeonse/Monthly Rent Safety Trust business.
