  2. The Service is provided free of charge in principle. If the Company decides to charge for all or part of the Service, it will provide advance notice.

Article 4Special Provisions Regarding the Chatbot

  1. Answers provided by the chatbot are AI-generated reference information and do not substitute for professional advice on trade, legal, tax, or customs matters.
  2. The accuracy, completeness, and currency of chatbot answers are not guaranteed. The final judgment on, and responsibility for, any outcome resulting from reliance on such answers rests with the user.
  3. The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from chatbot answers, unless caused by the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence.
  4. As content entered into the chatbot may be used for service improvement and AI training, users are encouraged to refrain from entering content containing their company's confidential information or trade secrets. Users should exercise careful judgment as to whether to enter sensitive information, and responsibility for any consequences arising from information so entered rests with the user.

Article 5Information Exchange Among Members and Disclaimer

  1. The Service merely provides a forum for the free exchange of information among members; the Company does not warrant the authenticity, accuracy, or currency of information posted by other members.

Upon a request under paragraph 1, the Company may take necessary measures, such as removal or temporary blocking, in accordance with applicable law (including the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection).
