Seeing people younger than me pass away

I browse Instagram often... and my algorithm frequently shows me obituary posts..
Most of them are people in their 40s or younger, which is younger than me..
It really feels like many people under 40 pass away every year..
Even if it's a stranger, my heart aches whenever I see someone younger than me pass away.
