Living in Changwon, regarding Sundae-gukbap (Blood Sausage Soup)
No translation in your language yet — showing the English version
I was born in Seoul and have eaten Sundae-gukbap there.
After moving to Changwon, I only ate Dwaeji-gukbap (Pork Soup),
but at some point, Sundae-gukbap appeared on the menu.
It's basically just adding sundae to regular pork soup.
The taste is completely different from Seoul.
If I have to eat Sundae-gukbap in Changwon,
I go to Mubongri Sundae-guk.
When I take my acquaintances from Changwon to Seoul
and buy them what I call "real" Sundae-gukbap, they say it's different.
The difference in perilla seed powder is especially significant.
