Please recommend domestic travel destinations for nature + food

First, please exclude Busan, Gyeongju, Gangneung, Sokcho, and Yeosu, and suggest destinations in the next tier. The places mentioned above are during the October 9–11 holiday period, so there are no vacancies in major accommodations, and even if there are, the prices are astronomical.
Since the weather is nice, I've set the travel theme as nature + food. Considering the holiday traffic, I plan to use a combination of KTX + rental car.
