I truly feel that housing prices are out of control

I've been living frugally and working hard without any friends since I was 30, and I've managed to save 300 million won.
I am now 41 years old..
Even if I assume I'm buying a new apartment worth 600-700 million won, which is supposedly the cheapest these days, it would take well over 10 years of saving just as strictly as I do now to afford it..
I can't help but think, what's the point of buying a house when I'm near the end of my life...
Unless I hit the lottery or strike it rich through investments, I don't think buying a house is even a dream, even in the provinces.
