Is showering twice a day the norm?

After work
or after dinner, I take a shower,
but in the morning, I just wash my face, brush my teeth, and wash my hair.
However, looking at the posts in the other community, it seems like everyone makes sure to shower in the morning,
so I feel like I've become the only unclean person who doesn't shower in the morning. ㄷㄷ
As a side note, I never saw anyone showering in the morning when I was in the military.
