What do you think about a rural basic income?

No translation in your language yet — showing the English version

The population of non-metropolitan county areas nationwide is slightly under 4 million.
What if we provided them with a basic income (in the form of local gift certificates) of 700,000 KRW per month?
To encourage population inflow from cities, the government could purchase vacant apartments or villas in town centers at low prices, renovate them, and lease them out as "10,000 KRW housing."
With an annual budget of only about 30 trillion KRW, this could achieve balanced regional development and help stabilize real estate prices in the Seoul metropolitan area. Wouldn't that be a good idea?
