A potential way to slightly address Korea's low birth rate problem

No translation in your language yet — showing the English version

‌The Korean education system is gaining significant attention from international students. The figures for this year, 2021, are double those of previous years, and word-of-mouth is spreading among international students. Students who came here first are so satisfied that they are bringing their friends along.
The reaction is that the curriculum of universities in Seoul is much better than expected, and the public safety and environment in Korea are so good that it is a great place to live. It is reported that an increasing number of foreigners are staying for long periods to immigrate or naturalize.
As public safety in European and American countries tends to be declining and living conditions are becoming difficult, most international students are surprised when they come to Korea. In addition to Seoul, the number of international students is also surging in areas like Busan and Chungbuk.
Since it may already be too late to solve the low birth rate problem, it seems like a good idea to leverage Korea's strengths—education and public safety—to attract more international students. Since they are not refugees but students coming from abroad, they likely possess a certain level of education and refinement. I hope we can adjust our policies well to make the most of Korea's strengths.
