Women dye their gray hair more often, don't they?

Usually, when I look at the male employees,
even if they have some white hairs
showing around the sideburns or the sides of their heads..
they just do a full hair dye once a month..
In contrast, the female employees are much more thorough.
It seems like they dye their hair every ten days. lol
It's certain that women are the ones who
pay much more attention to their outward appearance.
