Don't people in their 10s, 20s, and 30s only use dialects if they are from Gyeongsang Province?

I've met people from all over the country in university, at work, and in the military, but I haven't seen anyone using a dialect unless they are from Gyeongsang Province. The only person who had even a slight accent was someone from Gwangju I met in the military.
