What do you think about Gwanggyo Ssangyong Foredue 1st Apartment?? Posting to see if anyone knows about it!

‌I am planning to move to Seoul with my two sons,
a kindergartner and an elementary schooler,
for their education.
I sold my apartment in a metropolitan city in the provinces
and am currently living in a monthly rental.
At first, I looked into Dongtan,
but I witnessed the magic of an 800 million won property jumping to 1 billion won in just one week right as I was about to sign the contract, so I gave up immediately ㅠㅠ
Then I looked into Pyeongtaek Godeok..
But seeing that there was absolutely nothing around,
I decided the education here in the provinces would actually be better and gave up.
I looked into Byeongjeom, but gave up on that too..
Eventually, I am looking at the Suji area,,
specifically near Sanghyeon Station.
There is a listing in the 700 million won range..
so I am looking into it urgently.
Of course, it is an old building nearly 30 years old ㅠㅠ
It isn't even connected to an underground parking lot..
However, I heard the nearby elementary and middle schools are among the top-tier,
so considering my budget (maximum 800 million won), etc., I have decided on this area
and am waiting for a listing.
I saw that a transaction recently took place at 730 million won.
Since I don't know this area well..
If anyone knows much about it, please give me some advice.
Gwanggyo, Suji-gu Office, or Seongbok areas are over 1 billion won, so I've ruled them out.
