Rhyu Si-min's Philosophy~~!!

The 5 stages of politics that writer Rhyu Si-min has mentioned on various broadcasts:
The highest form of politics is winning the hearts of the people.
The second is guiding the people through interests.
The third is governing through morality and norms.
The fourth is governing through laws and punishments.
The fifth is fighting against the people.
Currently, Lee Jae-myung is practicing politics at the fourth and fifth
stages.
