積荷保険の損害免責（Non-compensation for partial loss）とは何ですか？

A franchise is a threshold below which no claim is paid but above which the full loss is paid; a deductible is always subtracted from any claim. UCP 600 accepts insurance subject to either unless the credit says otherwise.
