I'm in the Gimje and Buan area.
It might vary from house to house, but
they say it's either below average or has decreased significantly.
People are saying the yield seems to have dropped by more than 20%.
At a glance, the crops look like they're doing well for a bumper crop,
but when they harvest, dry them, and weigh them, the weight is low.
They say the rice is light.
This is what the family that farms best in our village is saying.
We haven't started yet, but
even though it looked good, I shouldn't expect too much.
