Why is there such a big difference between Jeon So-min and Lee Kwang-soo after leaving Running Man??

Even though Lee Kwang-soo left Running Man, Yoo Jae-suk still looks out for him, and it feels like he's gaining a lot of spotlight as an actor lately.
On the other hand, since Jeon So-min left Running Man, it feels like she has completely drifted away from the Yoo Jae-suk circle...
