How do overseas AFC officials know about things like this?

As football fans know, the popular matches in the K League or J League are essentially matches like Seoul vs. Hiroshima or Daejeon vs. Kashima Antlers, but it seems that not only football fans but also the officials in charge of the AFC know this as well.
I would appreciate it if you could let me know what methods they use to know such things.
