We need Uber or Grab in Korea so taxis stop acting like jerks

When I first visited the Philippines,
I took a taxi from the hotel and the fare was low because they used the meter.
But on the way back, they asked for several times the actual price, so I had to argue with them to turn on the meter..

On my second trip, I found out about something called Grab.
You just set the destination and the price beforehand,
and since I used it with several people, the price was fixed and it blocked them from overcharging,
which was great.

If taxi licenses are the issue,
it could be solved if Kakao Taxi implemented a system where you set the destination and price in advance.
But since they want to rip people off, the taxi drivers who can't do that will probably oppose it.
