There are so many tattoos on young people these days

‌Is this just the social atmosphere lately?
On the streets, at supermarkets, convenience stores, etc.
I see so many kids who look to be in their early 20s
with tattoos.
I see quite a lot of tattoos on arms, legs, and even full-body tattoos.
It wasn't like this 10 years ago;
has the atmosphere changed?
At this point,
I can't help but think that parents should be intervening to some extent,
but I went to a convenience store to buy something today,
and even the female part-timer had a tattoo on her arm.
It seems tattoos don't discriminate between men and women.
