3 Principles for Successful Trading
Techniques are everywhere on the internet or in books, and the indicators everyone uses are all different.
Those are just for setting standards, but the three most important things are:
1. Never average down; instead, use "pyramiding" (adding to winning positions) to maximize profits.
2. Set stop-loss lines, and once you enter the profit zone, move your stop-loss line above your initial principal.
3. Patience.
If you repeat 1 and 2 with patience, you will experience repeated small profits and small losses. If you catch a trend properly,
you can hit a massive profit—even hundreds of times your investment if you use leverage up to dozens of times.
Usually, people fail to repeat 1 and 2 due to a lack of patience; they average down out of fear of loss, or fail to cut losses while chasing even bigger profits, resulting in being stuck in a position. This leads to a cycle of small profits and large losses.
