Laws must be changed due to habitual and intentional defaulters

The law needs to be changed so that if a party intentionally defaults on payments while having the means to spend on food and lifestyle, their entire family should be grouped with the defaulter, and their houses, cars, bank accounts, and credit cards should be frozen. Once the full overdue amount is repaid, everything should return to normal. What can you do when people have the money but refuse to pay because they'd rather waste it on drinking and nonsense? We must be relentless and pitiless in collecting, with an attitude of "I don't care who dies," to engrave in their minds that defaulting leads to ruin. Otherwise, they will just keep doing whatever they want. What is the biggest weakness of modern people? It's their mobile phones. We need to go as far as suspending their phone service until they pay to fix their rotten mindset.
