Is Kim Yeon-koung really the GOAT??

While I was asking an AI various things, I asked it a negative question like, "Kim Yeon-koung isn't GOAT-level, right?"
Since I asked as a "Kimchi-man" (Korean) whether she wasn't just GOAT-level but actually the GOAT, and then asked if it was a "Kimchi Premium" (biased), the AI flatly denied it and presented evidence like the FIVB's "one in a billion" type of praise. Is this actually true??
I know the volleyball scene globally isn't as big as people think, but if she really is GOAT-level, wow...
I hate to say this because I don't know much about volleyball, but to my eyes, the spikes from the opposing Brazilian players seemed unbelievably stronger than Kim Yeon-koung's, and their elasticity didn't even seem female. I was surprised because Kim Yeon-koung's spike power looked unexpectedly weak.
