Is working for a family-owned business really that bad?

I haven't been with the company for very long, and I didn't even realize it until the interview stage, but it's a family-owned business.
The CEO and President are a married couple, the son is an assistant manager, and the daughter-in-law is the accountant…
It's a small company with about 10 employees, but since the annual revenue is 5 billion KRW, I thought it might be okay even if it's small..
The silver lining is that although it's a couple, they aren't just "figurehead" owners; they have been in this industry for a long time (I heard almost 30 years…)
The son is a non-major, but he seemed very busy.
The daughter-in-law is currently on parental leave, so she won't be coming in for a while.
My friends say they wouldn't work for a family business, so am I worrying too much? ㅠㅠ Anyway, I'm suddenly feeling very unsettled..
