Right to Request Contract Renewal

My 2-year lease expires at the end of February next year, 2027.
The landlord mentioned they are putting the house on the market and has listed the property as available for move-in by the end of next February.
Even if the new owner intends to move in themselves,
can't I stay for another 2 years by exercising my right to request contract renewal?
It doesn't seem like the house will sell easily,
but I'm worried because there will be so many things to deal with, like moving expenses, if I have to leave.
Two weeks ago, the lessor asked if I was interested in buying the property, but I have already informed them that I have no intention of purchasing it.
