I had a 100:0 accident with another party while driving down a parking lot ramp.

It wasn't a huge impact, so it's not severe enough to require a hospital visit.
The bumper is damaged, so I will file a property damage claim.
The problem is that I'm debating whether or not to file a personal injury claim.
It's stressful because my car becomes an "accident car" and I can't use it while it's being repaired.
It feels a bit unfair to just settle for the repair costs through a property damage claim alone.
I have some slight pain in my neck; would it be right to file a personal injury claim?
