It certainly feels like we've returned to an era of high interest rates. The US manufacturing and service sectors are performing well, unemployment is low, and all the money is being sucked into AI investment.
It looks like Korea might end up raising its base interest rate to 4% as well.
It seems like savings deposits are becoming a viable option again.
