Expected results if Pep Guardiola becomes the national team manager

First of all, I think winning the Asian Cup would be possible, but even with Pep, wouldn't it be impossible to reach the semifinals or higher in the World Cup while leading national team players? I see the maximum potential as reaching the World Cup quarterfinals.
