Isn't this actually a characteristic of the MZ generation?

Being honest
"There's no legal issue, so what's the problem?"
"I achieved this through my own efforts, so what's the problem?"
"Honestly, wouldn't you feel the same way?"
"Why do emotions matter when it's a fact?"

I also have some MZ tendencies myself,
and seeing my middle school daughter, she shows those traits strongly,
so I'm not trying to slander the MZ generation;
I'm just writing down the characteristics I've observed.
It seems to be a fact that today's young people and children
have grown up receiving much less education or nagging
regarding others' emotions or social norms compared to Gen X.
