The current state of the insane judiciary

No translation in your language yet — showing the English version

They are accused of ordering the forced repatriation of two North Korean fishermen who expressed their intention to defect in November 2019, and of preventing the fishermen from exercising their right to a trial under South Korean law. At the time, the government repatriated them five days after their capture, citing that they were violent criminals who had confessed to murdering 16 people, including fellow crew members. In February 2023, following the inauguration of the Yoon Suk-yeol administration, the Prosecution Service (then the Prosecution) indicted four individuals—former Chief of Staff Jeong, former Director Seo, former Chief of Staff Noh, and former Minister Kim—on charges including abuse of power for their involvement in the decision to forcibly repatriate them.
The first-instance court ruled that the repatriated fishermen qualify as 'citizens of the Republic of Korea' and that repatriating them against their will violated their freedom of movement and their right to a trial.
These insane judiciary bastards.
You're saying guys who murdered 16 people and fled are considered citizens of the Republic of Korea?
If a murderer broke into your house and said they wanted to live there, would you suddenly become one family with them, you judges?
