Hwang Hee-chan and Hwang In-beom are mysteries to me

Hwang Hee-chan barely found a team after being relegated to the second division and kicked out of his previous club
Hwang In-beom also went to Porto and plays less than 20 minutes per match
This isn't a situation where they should be talking about the national team
They are in a situation where they need to maintain their own form
So why the politics?
We can't even guarantee Hwang Hee-chan will be on the next roster???
