One guy in Busan: 400 minors (Life imprisonment)
Yet, the kid didn't go to prison.^^ Did the Busan police make him a psychopath during the investigation and then pretend not to know? That's why he wasn't arrested.^^ You are admitting it yourself. And I guess you've been following him for 10 years while he was in a state of being turned into a psychopath?
You are admitting that you caused a major accident while being obsessed with promotions in the Busan police.
This guy might be the first in the country where someone sentenced to life imprisonment doesn't go to prison.
That's probably why people were saying, "That guy is a psychopath."
If you keep claiming someone is a psychopath, you can't catch them. I guess you committed all sorts of human rights violations because you couldn't catch him?^^
