‌The North Korean military committed hostile acts using force within our national territory.
The military stood by without a lawful response,
and the government failed to take proper measures regarding the incident.
As a result, one of our service members has sustained serious injuries.
If the landmine belongs to North Korea, the situation will obviously escalate further,
