I am planning to transport finished cosmetic products classified as Class 3, PG III, with a flash point of 40°C (Closed-cup) by air. I understand that there are capacity limits when classified as Consumer Commodity ID8000, Class 9. I would like to inquire about the limits regarding individual package capacity and the total capacity (quantity) to be transported. If the volume of a single cosmetic item is 200mL, I am curious about the total allowable capacity (quantity) for air transport.

For ID8000, according to packing instruction Y963, it must be contained in inner packaging up to 500mL, which must then be packed using outer packaging. A single completed package prepared for transport must not exceed 30kg in Gross Weight.
